Sold from June 1, 2006 to September 22, 2006 through retailers (other than the Corningware Corelle Revere Factory Stores) in Canada.
To identify if your product is affected by this Safety Recall, determine if it was purchased between June 1, 2006 and September 22, 2006 from a Canadian retailer. If so, stop using immediately!
